McInerney Homes has announced Christmas sale prices for two bedroom homes at the popular Coill Tire development next to Merlin Woods. The company is selling the remaining second floor apartments at a record low price of €150,000.

McInerney Homes had its first of two open Christmas weekends at the popular Coill Tíre development next to Merlin Woods last weekend. Over the wet and wild weekend some 60 people attended the show apartment at Coill Tíre. Three of the two bed apartments were sold at the weekend.

EBS Building Society has announced that it has delivered in excess of €150m of funding through its 2009 Affordable Housing Fund.
